Conservatory of Music

Pacific's Conservatory of Music has been delivering an outstanding music education for more than 135 years. Degree programs are offered in vocal and instrumental performance, composition, jazz, education, management, therapy and history. Passionate and dedicated faculty artists/scholars provide a rigorous and supportive learning environment. Students have access to a recording studio in addition to technology and composition labs, and draw on the rich artistic and cultural diversity of Northern California. Seminars and master classes with accomplished alumni and visiting artists along with numerous performance opportunities help prepare graduates for a life in music. 

Pacific Conservatory Faculty Ann Miller Releases CD

Dr. Ann Miller, has released an album with pianist and fellow Conservatory professor, Dr. Sonia Leong. The album, Perspectives on Light and Shadow: Sonatas by Beaser, Ysaÿe, and Bartók, explores music of a dual quality that reflects timbres of shadows and darkness coexisting and giving way to simultaneously glorious and playful light.

Learn more about the Conservatory's new Bachelor of Science degree in Music Industry Studies.  This is the first non-audition degree for the Conservatory and is designed to prepare students for success in the new music industry by merging practice with theory along with intensive, hands-on training and internships.
